Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Should you choose to return your parcel, please note the following:

1. Return Process:

   • Returns must be made at your own expense. You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the product to us.

2. Refund Deductions:

   • The refund amount will be adjusted by the delivery charges, which will be deducted from your total refund.

   • A 16% government-mandated tax will also be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Refund Timeline:

   • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 4 to 5 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.

4. Return Condition:

   • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Any items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
